In place of the oil filter Fram PH3976A, you can also use the Wix 57620 and NapaGold 7620 or the Baldwin BT7349. In addition, Wix makes a 7620XE which is the extended interval version of the 57620. The difference between the two is that the XE uses a synthetic media rather than a paper-style. These are primary oil filters made to fit in the Cummins 6.7 liter diesels in the Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500.
